Last week Ambre was the winner of a songwriting challenge issued by CBC1′s “All In A Day” radio program, hosted by Alan Neal.  After almost 50 entries, Ambre’s song “So Over” came into the top 4, going on to win the top spot after an overwhelming listener vote.  Ambre performed her winning song at this past Friday’s “Musical Language”, The Song Writer’s Circle with Emm Gryner, Matthew Barber, Louise Burns and Ann Vriend.  Curated and hosted by CBC’s Alan Neal, the event was part of this past weeks International Writer’s Festival in Ottawa.
